the kenyon review award for literary achievement

In 2001, The Kenyon Review Board of Trustees voted to present an annual award that would honor careers of extraordinary literary achievement. The award recognizes authors for their imaginations, the beauty of their art and innovation, and the courage of their uncompromising visions.

The 2007 Kenyon Review Award for Literary Achievement will honor Margaret Atwood on Thursday, November 8, at the Four Seasons Restaurant in New York City. Tickets are $1,000 per person and include dinner and cocktails, with proceeds benefiting the Kenyon Review. For an invitation, please email us your name and address.

New in 2007 is the Kenyon Review Literary Festival, which follows the award dinner on November 9-10 in Gambier, Ohio, and features a keynote presentation by Margaret Atwood.
