1/19/05 - NYC's Writers Studio Presents KR Reading

The Writers Studio in New York City will host an evening of readings by authors whose work has appeared in the Kenyon Review. Writers Edward Hirsch, Rebecca McClanahan , and Grace Schulman will read, along with faculty from the Writers Studio, including Martha Qualben, Cynthia Weiner, and Kenyon Review board member Abigail Wender. A book signing and reception will follow the readings. Admission is $5.


The Writers Studio offers fiction writers and poets a stimulating and relaxed environment in which to pursue the study of creative writing. In addition to hosting a reading series, the school publishes a newsletter designed to provide a forum for writers of varying levels of experience and skills.
